KFC Clubhouse at Home Promotion

Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to participate in the Promotion and win a KFC Clubhouse at Home forms part of these conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter and any agency involved with this Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter.

  3. The Promotion commences Monday 28th March and finishes Tuesday 31st May (‘Promotion Period’). Any attempts to redeem the Promotion elements outside of the promotional period will not be eligible.

    How to be in to win a KFC Clubhouse at Home
  4. There are 33 prizes in total to be won. To enter one must comment on the Clubhouse at Home post on KFC New Zealand’s Facebook page. The comment must include the name of the New Zealand city or town where the entrant would hope to receive the prize. The Promoter and its partners will select winners at their own discretion.

  5. There are 33 prizes in total to be won. The prizes will go to individuals that the Promoter and its partners select in their sole The prize will be delivered to a residential address the winner supplies to the Promoter upon confirmation of their win. The delivery date and time will be set by the Promoter.

      • 1x SKY Sport Pass (valid 1 month)
      • 4x KFC Sweatshirts
      • 1x KFC #11 Sports bag
      • 1x KFC Jumbo Bucket - 20 pieces Secret Recipe chicken, 2 large potato & gravy, 4 large chips and a chilled 1.5L drink
      • 4x KFC Beanies
      • 4x KFC Socks

Promotion Date Information

  1. The Promotion commences Monday 28th March and finishes Tuesday 31st There are multiple dates at which winners will be selected, these dates will be decided at KFC’s discretion throughout the Promotion Period, all entries are valid for the entire Promotion Period. Entrants can enter more than once, however, the prize can only be won once by one individual.  

 

  1. The Promoter will reply to its selected winner’s comments on the Clubhouse at Home Facebook post asking that the winner private message KFC via Facebook Messenger to claim their Prize. The winner must make contact via Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of receiving the comment reply to validate their win, and must provide an email address, cell phone number and a residential address where someone will be available to receive the prize. Failure to do so within 24 hours will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter will select a replacement winner, these same terms apply to all winners.

 

 

  1. All decisions made by the Promoter its employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

General

  1. The Prize including each of its elements, is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.

 

  1. In the event that the Prize, or any part of the Prize, becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Prize, offer or that part of the Prize offer will be void, and no compensation will be payable.

 

  1. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.

 

  1. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

 

  1. All decisions made by the Promoter its employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion (including any part of the Prize) at any time in its sole discretion.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

 

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following:
  • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether under the Promoter's control or not)
  • any theft, unauthorized access or third-party interference
  • any entry or offer claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
  • any variation in the offer
  • any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant
  • use or acceptance of a Prize/offer

 

  1. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, all participants will indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this Promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) which the Promoter and its affiliates may incur arising out of the participant’s participation in the Promotion, any breach of these terms and conditions, or any wrongful or illegal act or omission, howsoever caused.

 

 

  1. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this Promotion and for future promotional purposes. For the purposes of notifying winning clubs and the relevant nominees and facilitating redemption of the Prizes, the Promoter may pass personal details of the nominee and others involved with the winning clubs to its agencies and other associated organisations. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from being able to receive a Prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email to Feedback@kfcnz.zendesk.com.

 

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook. Any information provided by you on the KFC New Zealand Facebook Page is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

 

  1. By entering entrants agree to abide by any relevant New Zealand Covid-19 protocols should they win.
