How can I request a copy of my GST receipt from my recent order?

If you have ordered online using our Delivery, Catering or Pick Up service, your email confirmation is also your GST receipt. 

For all other orders made at one of our restaurants, following changes by Inland Revenue in April 2023, we no longer provide copies of GST receipts for orders under $200.

If you require a copy of your GST receipt and your order was over $200, please request a copy of your receipt via our Contact Us form - Remember to include which KFC location you visited, the date and $ value. You can also share a screenshot of your payment transaction to help us locate your order.
