Hand breading chicken is a fine art and one that is not possible whilst wearing plastic gloves. We have a very strict in-store regime for hand washing and sanitising which is in accordance with the health and safety policies for food preparation.
Once our chicken is cooked, all staff are required to wear disposable plastic gloves (or use tongs) That's why you’ll always see our burger makers in-store wearing them. For more information visit the Food Standards Regulations here.
