Q. How do I play KFC 6 & SHOUT LIVE Mode and SEASON Mode?
A. Via the KFC app. There will be a home page tile which will launch the games.
Q. When does the promotion end?

Q. I’m having issues with redeeming MyGoods voucher and/or Colonel Coins – who do I contact?

Q. How can I redeem my online prize?
A. Redeem your 6 & SHOUT prize online via KFC app under the MyGoods section of your page.
Q. My mobile number has changed - how can I update the mobile number for 6 & SHOUT SMS messages?
A. You can update your mobile number in the profile page to update the number you will receive SMS messages for 6 & SHOUT (tap the top right icon on the homepage).
Q. My Colonel Coins balance has disappeared. What should I do?
A. In the first instance, close out of the KFC app entirely and re-open it again to quickly troubleshoot the issue. Make sure you are successfully signed into your KFC account before you enter the 6 & SHOUT game. If you are still having trouble, please email us at c.sanders@kfc.co.nz
Q. Can I redeem my MyGoods voucher with other promotions/deals?
A. MyGoods vouchers are not valid with any other vouchers, but can be used with one other In-Store/Online/Delivery deals. Please refer to MyGoods voucher page for more details on redemption terms and conditions.
Q. My device can’t launch the game experience properly?
A. The KFC 6 & SHOUT experience is only compatible with iPhone 8 and later models, make sure you are updated to the latest IOS version to play the game. For Android users, the game is compatible with all Android OS devices with Android 8 and over. You will need to ensure you have enough free space on your device to play the game, and internet connectivity.
Q. I didn’t receive an SMS message?
A. Check your mobile number is correct in the profile screen. For Android users, double check that the SMS hasn’t landed in your spam folder.
Q: I’m trying to redeem a 6 & SHOUT Rewards, but it says the product is unavailable?
A: The daily code allocation for the specific product has been exhausted. The allocation is refreshed at midnight daily, so you’ll be able to redeem the product with your Colonel Coins again tomorrow.
LIVE MODE
Q. Do I need to purchase something in order to redeem the free product?
A. Live Mode prizes: No, you do not for Online Pick Up orders. However, the usual minimum $20 spend still applies on delivery orders.
Q. Where can I redeem my prize?
A. Prizes can be redeemed via KFC Online Pickup and KFC Delivery orders only on your MyGoods page housed on the KFC app. Prizes cannot be redeemed Instore, via Kiosks or Delivery Partners such as Uber Eats.
Q. What happens if a 6 is not hit into my zone in LIVE Mode?
A. Sorry! You don’t win anything this time round, try your luck again for the next T20 match. You will receive a text confirmation the morning after the T20 match to confirm whether you have won or not.
Q. Is this promotion available at all KFC stores?
A. The Promotion is running at all participating KFC restaurants nationwide. In the unlikely event that a store is unable to process prize orders for any reason they may choose to opt out of the promotion.
Q. I won a prize through the LIVE Mode, when will I notice that I’ve won a prize?
A. Prize notifications will be sent out the following morning after the T20 match is completed via SMS and mobile push notifications – make sure to update your contact details in the KFC App and to allow push notifications to ensure you receive a notification that your prize is available on your MyGoods page in the KFC app.
Q. How long is my LIVE Mode and SEASON Mode prizes valid for?
A. Prizes once acquired will be valid for 5 days
Q. Can I swap out my prize for something else?
A. Unfortunately, you are not able to swap out your prizes for anything else.
Q. How many times can I redeem my prize?
A. If you have won a prize, you can only redeem the prize once.
Q. When do I have to make my pick by for the next eligible T20 match?
A. You can play and/or change your pick as many times as you like up until the corresponding eligible T20 match begins. The final pick you submit is the one that will be locked in and eligible for a prize for the match. If you submit your pick before the current match begins, your zone pick will be eligible for both the first and second innings. If you make your pick during the first innings, it will only apply to the second innings.
Q. Why am I locked out of making my pick?
A. Once the match commences, the 1st innings will be locked. If you have not made a pick for the current match, you will only be able to submit a pick for the 2nd innings of the current match up until the beginning of the 2nd innings. Once the 2nd innings commences, the entries for the current match will close and you will only be able to submit a pick for the next eligible T20 match. Refer to the countdown timer in the 6 & SHOUT game if you’re unsure.
Q. How early can I pick a zone for the next LIVE Mode match?
A. As soon as the 2nd innings of the current eligible T20 match begins, you will be able to pick your zone for the next match in the current T20 series.
Q. Can I lock in my pick for multiple games at one time?
A. Yes, only for games where two matches are happening on the same day. You will have the ability to change between the games via arrows on either side of your screen.
Q. How many zones can I pick for one match?
A. Only one zone pick per match! If you make your pick ahead of the match, it will apply to both innings. If you make your pick during the first innings when it is locked, then your pick will only apply to the second innings.
WICKED WICKETS
Q. What happens when a game is cancelled?
A, If you have selected a zone on Live Mode and the game itself has been cancelled, you will receive an SMS which will take you to Wicked Wickets, an experience which still provides you free KFC, with a bit of excitement of cricket!
Q. How does Wicked Wickets work?
A. If a game has been cancelled and you have selected a zone already where a 6 hasn’t been hit, you will receive an SMS with a link which will direct you to Wicked Wickets, from there follow the instructions to interact with the experience.
Q. I played Wicked Wickets and I didn’t get the prize I selected in Live Mode.
A. Yes, Wicked Wickets provides a prize at random and isn’t tied to the zone choice selected, as a 6 didn’t hit the zone you chose, you didn’t get the KFC product relating to that zone and instead were provided the chance to use Wicked Wickets.
Q. I played Wicked Wickets and didn’t get a prize I wanted
A. Prizes for Wicked Wickets are at random and are aligned to the total amount of KFC products we offer in Live Mode and Season Mode. Wicked Wickets generates a free KFC item at random, the free KFC item cannot be chosen.
Q. The upcoming T20i game was cancelled and I didn’t receive an SMS to play Wicked Wickets
A. Ensure you have checked that you had already selected a zone on Live Mode for the game that was cancelled, if you haven’t then Wicked Wickets will be unavailable to you. If you are certain you had selected a zone for the cancelled match, please reach out to c.sanders@kfc.co.nz

Q. How do I redeem a prize I won on Wicked Wickets?
A. You can redeem the prize awarded by using the KFC app under the MyGoods section.
SEASON MODE
Q. What is SEASON Mode?
A. Season Mode allows players to play against the Colonel in an arcade-style T20 match. The aim of the game is to score as many runs as you can. Players can then claim their run total and convert it to Colonel Coins to spend on KFC Rewards in the Rewards tab of the 6 & SHOUT digital experience.
Q. How many times can I claim my Total Runs?
A. You can only claim your Total Runs once per day. You must tap the claim button in order for the Colonel Coins to be added to your balance.
Q. Do I need to purchase something to redeem my 6 & SHOUT Rewards?
A. Yes, a $5 minimum spend for online pickup and the usual minimum $20 spend for delivery orders applies.
Q. Where can I redeem my 6 & SHOUT Rewards?
A. 6 & SHOUT Rewards can be redeemed via the MyGoods page on the KFC app. They cannot be redeemed Instore, via Kiosks or Delivery Partners such as Uber Eats.

A. Q. How long is my 6 & SHOUT Rewards valid for?
A. Once you redeemed a 6 & SHOUT Rewards, the voucher in your MyGoods account will be valid for 5 days from the voucher issue date.
Q. Can I swap out my prize for something else?
A. Unfortunately, you are not able to swap out your prizes for anything else.
Q. How many times can I redeem my 6 & SHOUT Rewards?
A. You can redeem the same rewards for as many times as you wish, as long as you have enough Colonel Coins and the daily cap of that rewards isn’t reached.
Q. Can I redeem multiple KFC MyGoods vouchers in the same transaction?
A. No, only one MyGoods voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
Q. How do you unlock Secret Menu?
A. You can unlock Secret Menu by hitting each letter of “SECRET” in Season Mode. Once unlocked, the secret menu will become visible and available on the deals page of the KFC app.
Q: I have unlocked Secret Menu, but I can’t see the Menu on the KFC app?
A: You need to log in using the same email address associated with 6 & SHOUT to see the Secret Menu tab on the Deals page on the KFC app.
Q. How many times can you redeem a menu item from Secret Menu ?
A. You can only redeem one menu item from secret menu per transaction.
Q. Can you redeem multiple menu items from Secret Menu in one order?
A. No, you can only redeem one Secret Menu in a single transaction. Secret Menu cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other KFC deals.
Q. Why is some of the Secret Menu missing from my local KFC store?
A. The secret menu is dependent on store stock availability, if a store has run out of stock, the menu item won’t be visible until stock is recouped.
Q. How long is Secret Menu available for?
A. Secret Menu (once unlocked), is available over the course of the entire 24/25 international cricket season.
Q: I redeemed a MyGoods voucher, but my order got cancelled.
A: We’re sorry for the inconvenience! We’ll reissue a new voucher to your MyGoods account in the KFC app. Please make sure to log in with the same account used to place the original order.

ZINGERPOWER
Q. What is ZingerPower?
A. ZingerPower is a power up mode which gives your avatar on Season Mode superpowers, which results in double points for the level its unlocked in
Q. How do I unlock ZingerPower?
A Z icon ball will appear during the Season Mode game experience, once hit ZingerPower will activate for the rest of the level you unlocked it on
Q. I unlocked ZingerPower and I don’t think I got extra points?
A. You must still hit the buckets to generate the additional points, however if this occurred and you’re confident that additional points weren’t provided, please reach out to c.sanders@kfc.co.nz where we’ll check in on this.
Q. I unlocked ZingerPower but I didn’t get the ability to unlock it again
A. ZingerPower can only be unlocked up to once per playing session.
