How do I complete the customer survey?

We’d love to hear what you think! To receive your survey reward:

If you’ve purchased in a KFC Restaurant:
Keep your receipt and complete the survey by scanning the QR code at the bottom of your receipt. You’ll receive your survey code by email when you finish.

If you’ve ordered online or through the KFC App:
Make sure you’re opted in to receive KFC Marketing communications and we’ll send you an invitation to complete the survey by email. If you’re not opted in, you won’t receive a survey invitation.

Once you’ve completed the survey:
Show your survey code email at a participating KFC Restaurant to redeem a Free Regular Chips & Drink when you spend a minimum of $5 in a single transaction.

Please note:

• One survey per receipt.
• The survey must be completed within 3 days of the receipt/order being issued.
• Your survey reward code is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued.
• One survey reward can be redeemed within any 30-day period.
• The reward is not valid with any other offer.
• The Free Regular Chips & Drink reward cannot be redeemed through KFC Online, Kiosk or the KFC App.
• Survey rewards are available at participating KFC Restaurants.
