How do I redeem my survey code?

Once you’ve completed the survey, you’ll receive your survey reward code by email. To redeem it, simply show the email containing your valid survey code to the team at a participating KFC restaurant when placing your order.

You’ll need to spend a minimum of $5 in a single transaction to receive your Free Regular Chips & Drink.

Please note:

• Your survey code is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued.
• You can redeem one survey reward within any 30-day period.
• The reward cannot be combined with any other offer.
• The Free Regular Chips & Drink reward cannot be redeemed through KFC Online, Kiosk or the KFC App.
• You must show the email containing your survey code when redeeming your reward.
