Q. Can I redeem multiple codes?

A. No, only one code per person per redemption.

Q. I can’t redeem my code online, what should I do?

Q. I tried to redeem my code but my local store is closed, what do I do?

A. Please check your local stores opening hours before placing an order. If your local store is closed during normal operating hours, please try another store.

Q. I tried to redeem my code but my local store is busy/unavailable

A. If your local store is unavailable or unable to redeem your prize due to unforeseen circumstances such as high orders, please go to another store to redeem.

Q. I tried to switch stores on the app/website with my code in my basket, it now says my code has been used?

A. Please remove the code from your basket before leaving the checkout page to go back to the home page/switch stores/exit the page, otherwise our system will recognise your code as redeemed.

Q. Can I use my code to pre-order food after 48hrs on the KFC website or App?

A .No, codes expire after 48hrs.

Q. Do I need to purchase something in order to redeem the free product?
A. No, you do not. However, the usual minimum $20 spend fee still applies on delivery.

Q. How do I play KFC Finger Kickin’ Good?
A. Via the KFC app. There will be a home page tile which will launch the digital experience.

Q. What happens if I don’t receive an instant prize?
A. Sorry! You don’t win anything this time round, try your luck again for the next day

Q. Is this promotion available at all KFC stores?
A. The Promotion is running at all participating KFC restaurants nationwide, excluding KFC Auckland International terminal.

Q. I won a prize, when will I receive my code?
A. Codes will be sent out the following day by 12pm via SMS - make sure to update your contact details in the KFC App to ensure you receive your code.

Q. How long is my redemption code valid for?
A. Winning codes will be valid for redemption 48hrs after being dispatched.

Q. Have I won a weekly prize or the grand prize?

A. Weekly prizes winners will be notified via email within 24 hrs after the weekly prize draw at 12pm every Sunday during the promotion period. The grand prize winner will be notified by text and email within 24 hours of the close of the promotion period (24^th June 11.59pm).

Q. I won a weekly or the grand prize, how do I redeem it?

A. Our agency will be in touch to confirm details such as your address to send out your prize. You must confirm within 24 hours of receiving your winning message, otherwise your prize will be redrawn.

Q. I won a weekly prize, but it still hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

A. Please email c.sanders@kfc.co.nz.

Q. Can I swap out my prize for something else?
A. Unfortunately, you are not able to swap out your prizes for anything else.

Q. Where can I redeem my instant prize?
A. Prizes can be redeemed via the main KFC channels - Instore, KFC Delivery, and Click and Collect. Prizes cannot be redeemed via Kiosks & Delivery Partners such as Uber Eats.

Q. How can I redeem my unique code?
A. Present your winning code to one of our friendly team members when redeeming instore. If redeeming online via KFC app or web, enter the unique code into the online coupon field when viewing your order basket.

Q: The experience shows that I have won an instant prize, however, I never receive a redemption code.

A: Please make sure you have entered a correct mobile number to receive your code. Otherwise, please get in touch with our team via c.sanders@kfc.co.nz

Q. How many times can I redeem my instant prize?
A. If you have won a prize, you can only redeem the unique code once within the 48hr period after the day you entered.

Q. How early can I submit a conversion for the day?
A. As soon as the eligible day begins you will be able to submit a new conversion to go into the draw for an instant prize, a weekly prize, and the grand prize.

Q. Can I submit a conversion for multiple days at one time?
A. No, you are only able to submit a conversion for the current day during the promotion period.

Q. How many conversions can I submit for one day?
A. Only one conversion can be submitted per day.

Q. What prizes are up for grabs?

A. Instant Prizes include: a KFC Popcorn Chicken Snack Box, KFC Large Chips, KFC 3pk Wicked Wings, a KFC Snack Burger, 2 KFC Secret Recipe Pieces, 1 KFC Secret Recipe Piece, 2 KFC Crispy Tenders, a KFC Mini Popcorn Chicken, a KFC Mousse, KFC 6pk of Nuggets, a KFC Slider, a KFC Chicken Nugget Snack Box, and a KFC Wicked Wings Snack Box.

Weekly Prizes include: Tickets to Super Rugby matches, UE Booms, and KFC Merchandise such as sweatshirts, hats, beanies, scarves, hoodies etc.

The grand prize is a $30,000 cash prize
