We’ve recently added Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to help keep your KFC account safe.
2FA means that when you log in, we’ll send a quick verification code to your email. This extra step makes sure it’s really you, even if someone else gets hold of your password.
We know extra steps can be a small inconvenience, but protecting your personal details and account are our top priority.
The verification email is sent immediately so if this is not visible in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
We also see the odd spelling mistake in customer emails when profiles are first created so please check your email address is accurate with spelling and characters.
If you cannot login or get to the 2FA page, please reset your password.
And if your 2FA code is invalid, please click on the Resend Code link to get a new code. The 6 digit 2FA code is only valid for 20mins.
