PROMOTION
The Promoter is Restaurant Brands Limited of 666 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1061, New Zealand (the Promoter).
The Promotion commences at 09:00AM on Tuesday 18th March 2025 and concludes at 10:00PM on Sunday, 23rd March 2025 (Promotion Period).
PRIZE
Each prize consists of a Premium General Admission double pass (2 tickets) to Synthony Festival on the 29th March 2025.
There will be a total of 37 prizes to be won during the Promotion.
Each prize includes 2x Premium General Admission tickets, free KFC during the festival and access to the KFC Zone ONLY. Travel, accommodation, and any other associated expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If a winner is not available to attend, then the tickets will be forfeited and a redraw will occur. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
ELIGIBILITY
Entry to the Promotion is only open to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents (New Zealand Residents) aged 18 years and older at the time of entry who remain New Zealand Residents for the duration of the Promotional Period. The directors, management, and employees (and their immediate families, including their children and other persons residing in their household) of the Promoter, their related entities, corporations or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers, software providers and developers, and agencies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
All winners and their guest attending the event must be aged 18+.
HOW TO ENTER
Make a purchase on the KFC website or app for either delivery or click and collect, during the promotion period and opt in to receive marketing communications from KFC (minimum $20 spend on delivery purchases applies). Eligible purchasers will be sent an email inviting them to enter their details via the form to be entered into the draw. Participants can enter the draw multiple times by making multiple qualifying purchases.
By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the KFC Privacy Policy as set out at https://kfc.co.nz/privacy-policy.The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this Promotion and for future promotional purposes. For the purposes of notifying winners and facilitating redemption of the prizes, the Promoter may pass the winners’ personal details to its agencies and other associated organisations. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from being able to receive a prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email to privacy@rbd.co.nz.
PRIZE DRAW
The draw will be facilitated by Drum Agency (the Facilitator) on behalf of the Promoter by way of 37 separate random draws. Winners will be drawn and contacted on Monday 24th March and contacted by the Facilitator via phone and email provided. The Facilitator will leave a message if the winner does not answer. If the winner does not answer, they will have 24 hours to claim their prize by making contact with the Facilitator. If contact has not been made following 24 hours after first contact the winner forfeits the prize and a redraw will occur.
RESPONSIBILITY
By entering this promotion, you're agreeing to give us consent to take photos & videos throughout the event and posted on our social media pages. Kindly inform us if you don't want your photos to be taken during the event.
The event is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Prize winners and holders of the double pass tickets will be responsible for arranging (and paying for) any travel and/or accommodation needs associated with attending the event.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity and age) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any ticket won as a prize in the event that the ticketholder: makes any public statement that materially impairs the reputation or goodwill associated with the event, the Promoter or its brands/products; or conducts themselves in a manner which is likely to materially and adversely affect the reputation of the Promoter or its brands/products; or if the ticketholder is involved in conduct: of an immoral, scandalous or illegal nature likely to have an adverse effect on the reputation of the ticketholder and the ticketholder's association with the event or bring the event and/or the Promoter or its brands/products into disrepute, including but not limited to the use of any illegal drugs or substances by the ticketholder; or which is of such a controversial nature (including, but not limited to, public comment on any matter whatsoever) which brings upon the ticketholder ridicule or condemnation from a substantial section of the public in New Zealand.
All guests must comply with the event ticket terms and conditions and onsite venue intoxication policies and liquor licensing laws. Please drink responsibly.
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received by the Promoter, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following:
(a) any theft, unauthorized access or third-party interference
(b) any entry or offer claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected
(c) any variation in the offer;
(d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; and/or
(e) use or acceptance of a prize/offer.
As a condition of participating in the Promotion, all participants will indemnify the promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this Promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) which the Promoter and its affiliates may incur arising out of the participant’s participation in the Promotion or (if applicable) , any breach of these terms and conditions, or any wrongful or illegal act or omission, howsoever caused.
All decisions made by the Promoter, the Facilitator or their respective employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, at its sole discretion.
